Laura and I decided to spent part of our last day at sea on a behind the scenes tour of the Fantasy galley.  Our tour took us to the kitchen area between The Royal Court and Animater’s Palette.

As you can see, everything, except the floor is stainless steel and is kept immaculate.  It was a short tour (I was hoping to see the food storage and refrigerator areas), but informative.
